Seasonal Part-Time Budtender / Assistant
Snow Grow LLC – Medical Cannabis Dispensary | Eastport, Maine
About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-driven team-member to join Snow Grow LLC for the busy summer season. If you have a passion for cannabis medicine, love helping people, and can keep cool when the shop gets hectic, this could grow into a long-term position.
Schedule
24 hrs / week
Thursday, Friday, Saturday
9:50 a.m. to ≈ 6:00 p.m.

Pay & Perks
$17.00 per hour starting wage

Assistant License fee (Maine OCP) paid by the company

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Welcome patients, verify certifications, and guide them to the right products
Ring sales accurately and maintain strict cash-handling proceduresEducate customers on strains, terpenes, dosing, and safe consumption
Help with back-of-house tasks—inventory counts, packaging, light cleaning
Uphold all Maine OCP regulations, ID checks, and Snow Grow SOPs
Keep the sales floor tidy, stocked, and inviting
What Makes You a Good Fit
21 + and able to pass a state & federal background check
Eligible to obtain a Maine OCP Assistant License (we’ll cover the cost)
Trustworthy, punctual, and meticulous about the details
Eager to learn—basic cannabis knowledge preferred
Solid Customer-Service or experience in Medical Field is a plus
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
